Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The delivery address you provide, including pincode
• What you ordered, and the amount paid

We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Payments are handled by our payment gateway, which receives those details directly and never passes them to us.

How we use it

• To pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to answer questions about it
• To send order confirmation and delivery updates by email
• To process a return or refund you have asked for
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

If you subscribe to our newsletter we use your email address only to send occasional product news. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your orders.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties who make an order possible: the courier delivering your parcel (name, address and phone number), our payment gateway, and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

This store uses browser storage to remember your cart between visits. That data stays in your browser. If we add analytics or advertising tags in future, this section will be updated to name them before they go live.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@rovique.in. We will respond within 30 days. Some information must be kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.

Children

This store is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
