Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can vary between screens, and packaging is occasionally updated by the manufacturer.

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before doing so.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where stock has run out, the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full.

What our products are, and are not

Our products are cosmetics for external use, made with herbal and Ayurvedic ingredients. They are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

• Patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies
• Read the ingredient list on the pack if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment
• Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs
• Results vary between people — descriptions of benefits are not a guarantee of outcome

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. You are responsible for ensuring the payment details you use are your own.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@rovique.in if you think someone else has access to it.

Intellectual property

The text, images and branding on this site belong to Rovique Herbal or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.

Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at City have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order, which is why the date at the top matters.
